Returns & Exchanges

WE OFFER A RETURNS POLICY FOR ALL TH AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

If for any reason you are not happy with your shirt just return it unworn within 14 days for Thailand orders and 28 days for international orders. We will refund goods sent back in the same condition as delivered to you. We will not refund soiled, marked or worn garments. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show on your statement. Please note that we are not able to refund the original delivery charge for returns and exchanges unless the garment was faulty.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Should you wish to exchange your order for another size or style please follow the returns process as per below and then place a new order online.

FAULTY ITEMS:

Faulty items must be returned within 14 days for a full refund, replacement for the same item/s or repair. Faulty items that have been worn and/ or returned outside of 14 days and up to 45 days will be replaced with the same item/s if in stock, or repaired if not in stock.
